The past April, a Neighborhood Walk was held in Clear Creek and Cross Creek subdivisons in Rochester Hills. This walk brought together residents of the subdivisions, as well as their family and friends to walk and raise money for the Neighborhood House.
The participants walked on a specified route while taking in donations for RANH. The walk brought in over $1,200 for the Neighborhood House to distribute to our neighbors that are in need!
These walks are not strictly limited to neighborhoods and can be coordinated within any group, team, or organization.
The Neighborhood Walks are a fun and cheap way for you to help RANH. We are looking to have more walks hosted in the future, and encourage everyone to consider hosting one of these walks.
If you are interested in hosting a Neighborhood Walk, planning packets are available through Neighborhood House or by contacting Sally Anglim by phone at 248-652-4940 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The planning packets contain everything you need to know to make the walk a success!
